Initially this will be a part time, working form home in your own time, but with a view to potentially becoming full-time based on performance and addition of responsibilities.

We're open to applications form everyone, but because of the focus being towards our female members this would be ideal for an existing girl on the site. Where you are based isn't critical - everything is virtual these days. However if we find the perfect person we're hoping they'd become a permanent and long-term member of the team, as we anticipate having an office in London, or somewhere easily commutable from London, it would be advantageous to be in this area.

Role

To maintain and develop the social engagement strategy for BeSinful. Posting content to, and engaging with members/fans on the site and our social media profiles

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure that BeSinful continues to remain strategically opportunistic by continually evaluating and revising our online marketing and outreach strategies, including both tools presently being used to emerging technologies.
• Manage and create posts on our various social media accounts, updating accounts directly and using management software/tools.
• Update BeSinful “Voice” with articles and comments to keep users up to date with site updates, company news and ensure the brand and company philosophy is being represented.
• Increase awareness of web 2.0 tools for female members to promote themselves and their profiles.
• Develop strategies with marketing team to engage and motivate all female members, especially the most active online advocates & ensure that their efforts are recognised.

Skills/Education

• Proven knowledge of social media sites and management software.
• A-level or ideally degree level education.
• Preferable: direct experience of using BeSinful as an active female member, and knowledge of other similar sites.

The rules: Repeated photos and videos will not be counted. Photos must be of you. Deleting and uploading content again will not be counted. 1 video is the equivalent of 10 photos. Cash prizes will be added to winners credit balance and paid out at the end of the month.

For those of you who are worried about what content is displayed, or NOT displayed - you will be pleased to know that we are updating our guidelines.

All solo girl action IS accepted. We moderate every picture - at the moment anything which is open leg or depicts a sexual act is classified in such a way that it is not currently displayed - but it is NOT deleted. We are updating the site so that this content you can earn more from, and once these updates are made, all your content will automatically be shown.

Of course we will keep you posted on this, as it's part of a series of very cool updates! If you ish to upload this kind of content we WILL count it when we work out who the winners are.

I am hopefully gonna get some new photos taken in the next few days and hopefully will get them uploaded..

I have missed this site loads but through not getting noticed with modelling the past 2 years it has been hard to stay motivated. But being as i want to be super famous, and modelling is what i want to do.. no point in giving up as the chance will never happen!
