BeSinful.com Content Guidelines
Use of the site is subject to our terms and conditions. The following are our content guidelines.
Classification
These guidelines have been designed to be flexible enough to accommodate the widest possible range of content while remaining consistent with standards from other Agreed Bodies such as the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC) and the Independent Mobile Classification Body (IMCB). However we can not address every piece of user generated content that may be uploaded at any one time. The specific guidelines and examples below are therefore not exhaustive and intended as an indication of the type of content that we allow. These guidelines are used to assist with moderation, but we also have to regard the context in which any particular content is being presented.
Content
BeSinful celebrates the female body in all it's beauty. We allow tasteful full nude content and are happy to occasionally question the boundaries between art and erotica.
We will not accept photos, movies or clips:
- That depict anything obscene, violent or death related, animals, child themes, real or fake bodily fluids.
- That show real or simulated sexual intercourse, depiction of sexual activity including devices such as sex toys, sexual activity with visible pubic areas and/or genitals.
- That have any visible web addresses, branding or advertising (other than our own!).
Quality
Access to nude content is only available to paying members. We reserve the right to not show images which are too grainy or low in quality that a paying member would not consider value for money. Other factors also considered to determine the quality of a set are theme, colours, editing, styling pose and location. We will not accept videos that are too short or of too poor quality to be of interest.
Copyright
We take copyright theft very seriously and will only display content uploaded by the copyright holders. We will reject any uploads where we suspect the person uploading is not the copyright holder. It is illegal to upload content you do not own the copyright to - if you do you will not get paid and may be liable to legal action by the actual copyright holder(s) as well as claims for compensation which can be considerable. We do everything we can to help them convict offenders.
Permission
You must have the permission of all people featured to upload it for display on BeSinful.com. We will not display anything against the will of any of the participants and, where complaints are received, will be removed immediately pending investigation.
You grant BeSinful the unrestricted right to use, reproduce, translate and distribute any material you place on the site.
Professional Content
If you are a photographer, producer or agency with content you feel our users would want to see, please email us on content@sinfulteam.com and we'll be happy to take a look and discuss it with you. The content must feature individuals who can use the site to interact with our members.
Disclaimer
Every upload is moderated however to prevent a pause in flow between users, VIP members (paying subscribers) are able to see content as soon as it is uploaded on the website. If you see any content on BeSinful you have questions or concerns about please email support@realmedialive.com.
