Billing Policy

We operate a repeat billing policy. This means that for your convenience, once your membership has expired your membership will be automatically renewed at the same rate you signed up for, even if our prices go up. 3 day memberships will allow you to use the site as a VIP without signing up for a full membership. We will automatically rebill at the 1 month membership rate when the trial expires unless you decide to cancel automatic rebilling during the 3 day trial period. If you have requested that we automatically add more Credits to your account when your balance runs low, we will charge you for your selected amount of Credits when your balance runs below 20 Credits.

Any rebills for membership will only take place at the end of your membership period and not before. However banks can require cancellation up to 3 working days before that date, so if you do not want to continue to use the site you will need to cancel your billing at least 3 days before the collection date.

We do not hold any card details on our servers, which ensures maximum safety for your details. We use GT Bill, and Zombaio to provide a secure payment process to accept all credit and debit cards, and Clickandbuy as an alternative payment option.
